Stefanie is an Inbound Professor at HubSpot Academy, located in Tokyo. She joined HubSpot as Customer Support at first, and when she communicated with customers she became so attracted to HubSpot's culture and products that she wanted to promote HubSpot to more people. Luckily, an Inbound Professor position was open at the time, so she decided to move to Academy as JA Inbound Professor. She is also pleased to be able to use her previous job experience as part of the support and customer education team.
