Jon Dick is chief customer officer at HubSpot, where he leads the global sales and customer success organizations, helping more than 280,000 customers grow better. Previously, he served as chief customer success officer and led HubSpot’s flywheel marketing team, driving innovation in freemium, automation, AI, and global go-to-market strategy. Before HubSpot, Jon led marketing teams at Klout and Trunk Club. He studied physics at UMass and Oxford, earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and spent a decade performing improv comedy before becoming a dad.
