Donelle Lockhart is the CRM Administrator for Middleby, supporting marketing, lead generation, and sales across three HubSpot accounts, including over 40 brands and global teams. Her HubSpot journey includes creating nurture campaigns, building automation for global lead handoffs to external sales teams, and using Customer Agent for chatbot support. Through HubSpot, she helps create connected customer experiences and sales handoffs that support shorter sales cycles. Donelle has been a member of the Lighthouse by HubSpot program since 2025.
