Chloe is the director of AI transformation, marketing at HubSpot, where she's building the strategy, programs, and culture to enable marketers to work smarter with AI. Her focus is practical enablement and change management that helps people see AI as a tool for creativity rather than something to fear.

Before stepping into her current role, she spent four years as chief of staff to HubSpot's CMO, leading marketing strategic operations and planning. Her background spans consulting, advertising, and SaaS, with 17+ years of experience in project management, program management, and operations.
