Bruno Amico is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tropical Hub, a consultancy specialized in advanced CRM projects with HubSpot. Since 2014, he has led implementation initiatives for global companies and works on solution architecture using the platform. Recognized by HubSpot, he is a member of the UpMarket PAC, holds the Onboarding and Custom Integration Accreditations, and was the first external Portuguese-speaking creator for HubSpot Academy. He is also a HubSpot Trainer and HUG Leader in Brazil, delivering training sessions for leadership teams as well as marketing, sales, customer service, and tech departments.
