Lauren has spent the past eight years at HubSpot in the customer success organization, where she currently works as a lead CSM, partnering with mid-market customers to help them get the most value from HubSpot and achieve their business goals.

Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, Lauren is also the founder of her own luxury travel advisory firm, combining her love of travel with her entrepreneurial side.
