Sunita "Suni" Williams

Sunita "Suni" Williams is a retired NASA astronaut and U.S. Navy captain who has logged 608 days in space across three long-duration missions, with 62 hours of spacewalk time, the most of any woman in history. In 2024, she launched aboard Boeing's Starliner for its first crewed mission to the International Space Station, and after an extended stay, returned to Earth in March 2025 aboard a SpaceX Dragon. A Naval Aviator and test pilot with over 3,000 flight hours, she also served as Commander of Expedition 33 and held leadership roles across robotics and astronaut operations at NASA.
