Your Guide to the UNBOUND Mobile App

You've got your ticket, your travel plans are underway, and now it's time to prepare for your onsite experience. 

The official UNBOUND 2026 mobile app is your home base for the event. Use it to build your agenda, connect with other attendees, get around the MCEC, and keep the momentum going once you're back at your desk. The more you explore it before you arrive, the more you'll get out of your three days in Boston. 

Here's a full walkthrough of what's in the app and how to use it.

*If you’ve downloaded an INBOUND event app in the past, you may temporarily see INBOUND or previous event branding in the app store as listings transition to UNBOUND. Don't worry, you're in the right place!

Getting Started

1. Download the app for [iOS here] or [Android here], or search "UNBOUND 2026" in your app store.

2. Install and open the app.

3. Accept the terms and conditions when prompted.

4. Enter the email address and ticket number associated with your UNBOUND registration (this is the same info you use to access the unbound.com web experience). Need to find your ticket number? Search your inbox for "Registration Confirmation to UNBOUND 2026."

Once you’re in, you’ll be asked whether you want to allow push notifications. We highly recommend accepting! This is how you'll receive event reminders, real-time updates, and surprise-and-delight moments throughout the event.

Explore Event Programming 


Head to Sessions & Experiences, where you’ll find everything you need to browse content and programming. 

  • All Sessions: Browse the full schedule  
  • AI Summaries: Find AI-generated recaps and other session content by day.
  • Speakers: Browse the full UNBOUND speaker directory.
  • Experiences: Discover activities happening around the event and add your favorites.

Under All Sessions, open any session to see its details. Note: If you’ve already added sessions to your schedule on the website, they’re now synced to the mobile app. You can also browse and add new sessions, save seats for limited-capacity sessions, and manage your plans directly from the app. 

Save a Seat for Limited-Capacity Sessions

Academy Labs, Unplugged Studio, Meetups, Deep Dives, and Education sessions have limited capacity and require a saved seat.

In the mobile app, there isn’t a separate Save a Seat action. If a seat is available, tapping Add to Schedule for a limited-capacity session adds it to your schedule and saves your seat at the same time; there’s no additional reservation step.

If a session is full, it will add you to the waitlist. If a seat becomes available, attendees will be moved from the waitlist into the session in the order they joined. If you’re moved into the session, you’ll receive an email confirming your saved seat.

Important: Joining the waitlist does not reserve a seat or a place in the onsite standby line. If you don’t have a saved seat when it’s time for the session, you can still join the standby line onsite; anyone can join, whether or not they were on the waitlist.

Note: Reservations can be made on desktop or the mobile app. Any sessions you’ve saved a seat for on the website will sync to the mobile app when you log in. However, if you added a limited-capacity session on the website without saving a seat, it won’t carry over to the app and will be highlighted in red under “My Schedule” on the website. You’ll need to add it separately in the app.

Get More From Every Session

Stay engaged before, during, and after a session. Open a session to access available Q&A and submit questions during the conversation.

Afterward, don’t forget to complete the session rating and let us know what you thought.

And if you miss a session (or just want to revisit the highlights) head to Sessions & Experiences → AI Summaries. 

AI-generated session recaps powered by Voxo will be available shortly after most UNBOUND sessions. Use them to revisit key takeaways, catch up on sessions you missed, and easily share insights with your team.

Some session exclusions may apply.

Connect With Other Attendees 

Go to Networking to discover people across the UNBOUND community. You’ll find attendee recommendations based on tags, making it easier to meet people who share your interests.

There are a few other ways to make connections:

  • Meetups bring attendees together around shared interests and topics. Browse them alongside other sessions and add the ones you want to attend to your schedule.
  • Braindate makes it easy to have more focused conversations around topics you want to explore, with 1:1, Group, and Super Group Braindates. Find more details here.

And when you meet someone onsite, Klik helps you stay in touch after the conversation ends.

Keep Track of Who You Meet with Klik 

Met someone you want to follow up with? Simply tap your badge with another attendee’s badge to exchange contact information.

Their digital contact card will automatically appear in Klik.

From there, you can start a 1:1 chat, add notes so you remember what you talked about, or download your full list of exchanges.

It’s an easy way to keep track of the people you meet throughout UNBOUND and pick the conversation back up after the event.

Plan Your Sponsor Visits 

Head to Sponsors to browse a list of our partners and learn more about who you can meet onsite.

See a company you want to visit? Favorite the sponsor so you can easily find them again and plan your stops throughout the event.

When it’s time to visit, use Maps to find their location.

Meet the Speakers 

Get to know the industry-leading experts speaking at UNBOUND.

Speakers have traveled near and far to share their expertise with you — find out where they’ve journeyed from, discover their unique backgrounds through their bios, and check out which sessions they’re participating in.

Navigate UNBOUND with Maps 

Use Maps to find your way around the MCEC and locate sessions, sponsors, attendee services, and other UNBOUND destinations.

Venue maps will be available in early September, so check back as the event gets closer.


Get Help on the Go

Need an answer while you’re at UNBOUND? Head to Help for onsite FAQs and access to the UNBOUND Agent, so support is never far away.

And remember to keep push notifications turned on throughout the event. We’ll use them for session reminders, schedule changes, polls, important updates, and a few surprise-and-delight moments along the way.

    Between everything happening on stage, the show floor is packed with reasons to stop for a few minutes: games, demos, custom swag, coffee, photo ops, giveaways, and some very good excuses to get competitive. There are a few things to keep an eye out for as you make your way around the venue, too. The Unlock, new this year, turns your trip around UNBOUND into a game.
